1971 Ampeg Dan Armstrong Lucite Bass

1971 Ampeg Dan Armstrong Lucite Bass

SETUP & INSPECTED BY OUR TECH TEAM

Weight: 9.4 lbs

Case Details: No gig bag or case included

Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition. Scratching across most areas of the lucite and some basic component wear including tuners, bridge, etc.

Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning properly. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium action. There is some lifting in the neck at the body and could use some work/shim and you may notice a light twist in the neck leaning towards the low string side, however we are selling this at a price point reflecting this. Still plays great throughout the neck however with slightly higher action 6/64" - 6/64" at the 12th fret. Minimal fretwear consistent with a used instrument of this age.

Mods or Repairs: Original Electronics wiring had been altered in the past so we restored it to the original wiring for these basses with a 2-Way switch. See details below.
