Returns & Exchanges

At Ish Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't fit your style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
