1996 Gibson The Hawk

The Hawk is one of Gibson's wacky and wild 90's single cuts that were made as an attempt to make a more affordable single cut that looked newer than their venerable Les Paul. While maybe not as svelte and sexy as the Paul, this sleek shape still knows how to keep up and rock out with the best of them. Stand out in your next gig or jam session with this badass beauty!

Finish: Original Cherry Red

Body Material: Mahogany

Body Details: 2-piece mahogany, the back has a little bit of buckle rash beginning to form around the center of the back, there is a bit of finish swirling as well as a few very small dings around the edge of the back. The sides are clean and glossy. The top of the guitar has one small spot next to the volume knob, one more spot near the tone pot, some light swirling.

The finish has plenty of gloss left and the slim profile makes it an easy player. The head stock is clean and has never had any breaks
