2010 PRS Private Stock Violin I McCarty #30/50 Pernambuco Neck

2010 PRS Private Stock Violin I McCarty #30/50 Pernambuco Neck

In 2008, Paul Reed Smith built "Paul's 28" which where 28 hand-built guitars by Paul himself using the absolute best in materials. They were $30k+ and sold very, very fast.

The Private Stock Violin I McCarty was the follow up - the same guitar, same materials, not built by Paul himself but by the Private Stock team. Still, they were limited to just 50 pieces worldwide (displayed here is #30). These guitars, like the Paul's 28 before them, tend to live in private collections and are rarely sold... until today.

The PRS Violin McCarty offered here features an incredible flamed maple top, rare Celtic knot inlays, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard, and very desirable solid Pernambuco neck (no longer available).

Not many Violin I's come up for sale - secure this one before it disappears into someone else's collection.

Case: Original Hardshell Case w/ COA

Tech Notes: Setup to factory spec, easy playing no buzz, all electronics work perfectly, 10-46 d'addario strings, no fretwear, just light scuffing from the strings on the fret tops.
