Case: Original Hardshell Case
Year: 2011
Condition: Excellent condition with a few blemishes on the top, sides, neck, and headstock. Truss rod cover was cracked and repaired.
Tech Notes: Acoustic and hardware have been cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboard cleaned and Frets polished. No fret wear or fret buzz evident.
Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action (6/64" - 5/64" at 12th fret). Plays great throughout the entire neck with consistent intonation. Clearly loved in the past by a previous owner this acoustic has a lot of character with a long life left ahead of it.
Mods/Repairs/Issues: One small tuner screw is non original. Small finish crack by binding at the waist on the top of the guitar. Is is purely cosmetic and presents no issues. Small finish crack along the center strip on the backside of the neck in first position. This is also purely a cosmetic blemish of the finish between the two pieces. Previously installed electronics system has been removed, however there is a new output jack present for future installs! Small cracked/re-glued piece of truss rod cover by lower screw.
